As Delaware Valley Classical School assists parents in preparing their children to excel in academics, spirituality, and all of life, all for the glory of God, students and families are welcome to explore the many opportunities available to enhance each student’s interest.

Students of any age are welcome to participate in our instrumental program.  Learning to play a musical instrument can be a valuable experience for Christians of all ages and a lifelong tool for ministry. Classes and lessons in piano, strings, and wind instruments are offered.

DVCS offers Debate Club, Science Olympiad, Mock Trial, Math League, and National Honor Society and other clubs and activities to Dialectic and Rhetoric students who are interested in taking their education to a higher level.  These clubs provide real-life scenarios and personal hands-on experiences to advance their organizational and leadership skills, as well as personal growth that will be crucial in their lives beyond DVCS.

DVCS also offers musical theater which integrates music literacy, voice, acting, and dance and offers a creative approach for students to think, communicate, and achieve while engaging and enriching the broader community.

DVCS athletics seeks excellence in its programs. The motive and means towards excellence is unique within a society that often overlooks the character that produces excellence. Athletic programs that insist on hard work, humility, commitment, unity, and passion will be excellent. These attributes are rooted in a motive of honoring Jesus Christ first and foremost. Athletics are available to students at middle school through varsity levels.  We believe that athletics can play a vital part in the development of Christian character.
